Offers precise directions, but may lack detail in complex areas.

Offers scheduling, mapping, and remote control features.

Cleans hardwood and tile surfaces thoroughly.

Setup process is brief and easy to follow.

Without the robot vac I would never be able to keep up with the hair and dirt brought in by the kids and 2 large dogs. It is easy to set up and it navigates around chairs while still getting close to walls and in corners. It's about the size of a dinner plate and always finds its way back to its base.

Picks up dog fur easily

Works great, looks great and barely makes any sound! The charging is simple. It just gets in there automatically! There's not a lot of features in the app, but it's because they are updating it! The setup is simple too. Took me 2 minutes for me to set it. If you want something simple, good, and cheap, this is it!

Simple, good, and cheap!

This vacuum has saved my life! It's so convenient to work right from the app. I can select which room I want it to go too and block off rooms I don't want it to go! It's not very loud when it's running and does a great job capturing all the dog hair! And I love that it has an easy transition from carpet to hardwood.

The best for convenience and efficiency!

The Shark Matrix Robot Vacuum is a smart and efficient cleaning device that makes keeping floors clean much easier. I was impressed by how powerful the suction is, especially when picking up pet hair, dust, and crumbs from both carpets and hard floors. The Matrix cleaning feature helps the vacuum clean specific areas more thoroughly, which is great for high-traffic spots in the house. I also like how easily it connects to the app, allowing scheduling and remote control from anywhere. The navigation system works well and avoids obstacles better than many other robot vacuums I have tried. It runs quietly and automatically returns to the charging dock when needed

Great

I love it because every time I go to work I program it so that I clean my house and when I come back I don't have to worry about cleaning my apartment I love it to have my life easier

Make your life easier

I bought this robot vacuum two year ago because my previous one broken it really helps keep the house clean , specially with my dog and keeps the place free of pet hair free .

Clean my house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this complimentary from Influenster and I have fallen in love with this little robot! It is perfect for daily touch ups or a quick clean when expecting company. I find it doesn't get in every single corner, especially when trying to navigate some furniture and tight corners, but, it is perfect for keeping up with messes and overall daily dirt. It cleaned in the corner under the kitchen cabinets where crumbs tend to fall so this makes me happy to be able to keep up with that mess without having to pull out the big vacuum as often. I will have to use the big vacuum for the tight corners and when moving behind end tables, chairs and such. I can't be happier with this product to keep up with a more regular vacuum so I don't have to pull out the big vacuum as often. Also, it was easy to set up. There is an app for mapping the floor and setting scheduled cleaning. You can also set it to perform light or heavy cleaning in the app. If you just want a quick unscheduled clean, you can just tap the "clean" button on top of the machine and it will start right up. It also finds it's way back to the dock without any problem. You can also send it back to the dock in the middle of cleaning if you need to stop it for any reason by hitting the "dock" button on top of the vacuum and it will head right back. Also, it isn't too loud as it cleans. We were able to continue watching TV while it moved around the house doing its thing. I am so happy to have this robot vacuum in my home now and definitely recommend it to others.

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I'm really loving my new shark robot. I had another brand robot vacuum that this is replacing and it's been 100% an upgrade. This model is so much quieter which is important as I usually run this while I am working from home. Additionally, the mapping feature is so helpful. I love that it can recognize furniture and other items that are in its way and avoids them vs. knocking them over like my old one did. It's obviously too soon to tell if the non-removable filter is an issue, but I'm very happy with this upgrade so far!

Best kind of robot!

The shark was our first introduction to robot vacuums and it is just ok. We've since upgraded to a roborock and the difference is huge. The shark would often get caught on rugs or small items and then the whole routine would be stalled. I would constantly be cleaning the brush rolls and taking it apart to find jams. It did a good job of mapping the house but was constantly missing corners/underneath kitchen cabinets and chairs where you wanted it to work most. The app was also a pain, limited scheduling capabilities and only one floor mapping. It could hold a decent amount in the dust bin and still picked up a surprising amount but in retrospect I would jump right to a nicer model.

Ok starter vacuum but if you can afford to upgrade do it

I have been sent a replacement one and both have been unsuccessful in connecting to my phone or my internet. I am very disappointed with it.

Disappointed
