We have 3 large breed dogs so keeping the floors clean has always had be using my central vac at least 3-4 times a day. Since this vac gets into every corner and under all the furniture etc, I have only used my central vac twice since hooking that up, and one was Christmas day when company was coming over, just incase. I really wish I made this purchase years ago. We love it.

Good vacuum cleaner

Love it. It cleans my apartment completely. My 2 cats shed like crazy but this vaccum does not disappoint. Not loud and my cats are not scared of it.

This is a great robot vacuum! It's relatively quiet and doesn't crash into things like ones we've had in the past. It does have some trouble getting hung up on a couple of our thinner area rugs which may have more to do with the rugs than the vacuum. Overall I'm very happy with it so far!

This robot vacuum works really well!
I'm very happy with its performance overall. It cleans thoroughly, doesn't get stuck on carpets, and moves smoothly around the house. The only downside is that it's quite loud when it's running.
Aside from the noise, everything else is great and I think it's a good value.

Great! until it clogs with dog kibble and Gets stuck on things (rubber boot mat with a lip around it, cat plastic litter trays to stop litter from getting around the house). I have tried to have the vacuum avoid those certain areas on the app map, but having a hard time getting it right. I do like how you can separate the different rooms and schedule it to vacuum just the rooms you choose or the whole floor. I love that it empties it self, which makes it easier to schedule it to vacuum when you are not home as you don't have to empty after every use.

Great! But gets stuck on certain things sometimes

Good working robot vacuum. Only small complaint is yhat it only has the ability to chart out one floor plan and my house has multiple levels.

Not as efficient as I thought would be. I thought Matrix clean would have been more directed. For example : "Go around the kitchen center counter and pass 3 times around"

The number of error messages and time spent unclogging the brush, the dust bin etc I could have just vacuumed myself. After two uses it started making a weird clicking noise - I've gone through every step to make it stop, it's won't. I have dark floors and a light coloured dog. I was hoping to just have a hand staying on top of it but it's loud, annoying and runs into so many issues it's just easier to do use a real vacuum.

Stopped working after 1 week. Plan to return for refund. Vacuum stopped pairing to phone. Eventually stopped working all together. Wouldn't even work in manual mode
