I have one of these vacuums. I like the row-by-row cleaning, so I know where it will be going. I also like how it self empties. We have a cat so we run it every day. When it empties it is unbelievably the amount of fur and dust it has accumulated. We like it so much, we purchased one for our daughter. She said, it’s the best gift we have ever given her. I am a long time fan of shark products. They make high-quality products. This robot vacuum is no different. I’ve had it for about five years and it still works as new. It has a very good suction compared to other robots. It can vacuum a large house on one battery charge. It self empties after it’s done. It learns the layout of the house and it maps it and it gets more efficient the more you use it. You can also start it from your app. Let’s say if you have last-minute guests coming and you need to clean the floors real quick without being home. It is great on wood or carpet.

When I can get the Shark to actually vacuum it does a good job. Unfortunately I must set it near the area and press the clean button. The machine itself does not seem to communicate with the app.

Not sure

As you can tell this is collecting dust in a corner since it's not doing what it should be doing. When I mapped it first it worked fine now it's just going all over the place and in places it shouldn't go. Cleaning is fine but I need to chaperone it at all times.

Not worth it at all

Found out a month in that this version of the robot doesn’t have a room mapping feature on the app. So now the little robot ends up cleaning one room excessively over the others.

No house mapping feature

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY  (Solutions Bureaupak)!  We received our vacuum February 2nd and the battery wouldn't charge -- we contacted the company on the 3rd and they took until February 18 to send the return label! They have now had our return for over a week and still no contact or refund. 

If the battery had charged, I'm sure it would have been fine - this is a company review, not a product review.
