I purchased this a few days ago and I am totally loving it!! I have very Long thick hair and it usually takes me over an hour to dry it then straighten it. Not anymore, this product is worth it's weight in Gold, I cannot believe how quickly it dried my hair along with straightening it. My hair was so soft, smooth and shiny when I finished and It had only taken me about 20 minutes. I am so happy about this. I love this heated comb/blow dryer brush it is wonderful. I love it. It doesnt damage my hair. On a second hair day you can use the comb option. The temperature is controllable.  I would love for it to have a base or something to put it while it gets cold

Smooth Results Every Time

I purchased this blow dryer on the reputation of Shark. It didn't disappoint. My previous name brand dryer was burning my hair, and pulling some of it out. This one doesn't burn my hair, and I don't find very much hair on the brush after drying. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

You need this hair dryer.

I got this on a whim when purchasing gifts (FlexStyle🌟💎) for daughter and sons girlfriend. It really works miracles! So much easier to get a perfect blowdry- opposed to my regular $$$ dryer and much less expensive!
Seemed clunky at first but as soon as I got the hang of it during it's first use, it was not an issue.

Absolutely in LOVE

I bought this on “black Friday” and I have been using it ever since.  My hair has never been softer and smoother.  Usually the next day my hair is frizzy and a mess. With this brush it looks as good as it did on day one.  If it needs a lift for a night out I use the straightener feature.  

This is a great tool and I encourage everyone to try it.

Great for my hair

I really want to give this 5 stars because I truly love this product. I use Color Wow heat protectant and my hair is nice and smooth. I rarely have to use the frizz free/smoothing comb, but it a wonderful bonus. I do not have to section my hair out at all and I use the dryer brush on my fully wet hair. I do not see that my hair is getting overly hot or see smoke coming off it like a normal hair dryer. I honestly think this styler is healthier for my hair and isn't drying it out, 

The reason I am deducting a star, is because I use the dryer portion on high, and I think I have turned it off and leave for the day and I come back to my room smelling hot, only to realize I turned on the smoothing comb feature and has been on for 10+ hours. Why there is not an auto shut off feature like most curling irons or flat irons really surprises me considering the fire hazard and how great a company Shark is. Or make the smoothing feature a completely different button or something so it avoids the thought that you turned off the whole styler. I understand there is a light that comes on to show that the smoother is heating up, but if the sound is off from the blow dryer, I just set it down and go about my day not thinking anything more of the styler. So it is a very easy mistake that can be made by anyone. I feel this fire hazard should be seriously looked into and the improvement be made like I mentioned, with an auto shut off after 30 mins of non use or to make a separate switch to turn on/off the smoother. 

I did call into customer service to report this issue and praised the product for what it does for my hair. But the safety concern must be addressed.

Love love love this styler, but one safety concern

I bought the Shark Smooth Style a couple of weeks ago. I am one who is picky when it comes to hair tools. I want something that is easy to use with no damage and great results. The Smooth Style fits the bill. I have fine wavy hair that tends to frizz. The Smooth Style grabs my hair with no issues. When I blow dry I don't even section the hair. I just brush it and it comes out smooth. I would like to see a cool shot button to lock in the style which it doesn't have. What I really like is the smoothing comb. I use heat protectant roll my hair one time from the underside and it is so smooth and shiny!!! I generally blow dry my hair in the winter. When it is warm out I prefer to let my hair air dry and use the Shark Smooth Style. It is so easy!!! I was concerned because the comb temperature is high for my hair type but the way you use it your hair glides through so fast it doesn't get hot. I am sure Shark will improve the Smooth Style in the future and I will definately be on board to purchase the improved
model.

Versatile-Could Use A Little Improvements

First of all, I have to say that I absolutely love the outcome of my hair using this dryer brush/style comb.   My hair is soft and looks professionally done, and I receive a lot of compliments!  I also like the weight and easy handling of the dryer!  HOWEVER, the reason for the low rating is that the heated styling comb has ONE temperature setting at over 400 degrees, which is too hot for my hair. While styling my dry hair, the brush also smokes, so I'm concerned it's burning/destroying my hair.  I've tried using it with no product in my hair, feeling it may be the product causing the smoke, but still continues to smoke.  Also, be aware that there is NO automatic shutoff if you have to walk away for a few minutes, and the heat actually makes the table very warm, which is concerning.  That said, I will probably have to return it :-(
