Shark Stratos Cordless Vacuum

I used a Shark in 2020-2021during the pandemic.  We were renting a condo at the time.  It was a single roller brush and I liked using it.  It took a bit of maintenance, which was fine.  When we moved back home we purchased a robovac.  It did an okay job but it took an hour to do it…and I spent a lot of time picking things off the floor to keep it from having to go around them and it didn’t handle throw rugs very well.  So I bought this Shark with two rollers.  I can do the whole condo in 1/2 hour and that’s with moving things to get a more thorough cleaning.  Getting under the furniture is literally a push of a button on the unit.  The rollers do not clog or get tangled with hair.  Maintenance is, again, a push of a button to empty the bin.  That’s it.  Highly recommended.

I’ve had this for a few weeks now. Really loving it. It folds down, but what I love is being to store the vacuum and being able to charge the battery in a separate room. That’s a problem with a lot of the cordless vacuums. You have to store it next to an outlet. The other thing I love is the battery life. I can actually get the whole downstairs done. That’s approximately 850 sq ft. That’s under couches, moving chairs, etc. THEN it really picks things up! I’ve had others and they just don’t have the oomph to really pick anything up. This even works on my shag throw rug! And it doesn’t take going over the same spot more than once!

I bought this vacuum 2 years ago, I had an issue with the  rotating ending piece, when I called the company to ask them for a replacement piece…They did not have the part I need, they offered an entire new vacuum since the part had a 4 weeks delay in providing it to me….!!!!!
I was truly appreciative for their respect to my time…

For such a small footprint, this puppy has some power. Love the sensing technology. Very lightweight and gets around quickly. I can go over the living room floor so quickly. No more excuses to have a clean floor. This tool makes it so easy to knock it out fast.

So much power in such a small package!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and im so glad I did it is the most amazing vaccum I've ever owned,high quality product, very convenient, so many great features, sleek design, long battery life, great suction it has 3  suction speeds, works as described  i absolutely love it, I just wish it came with a charging dock like my last one they are very helpful but i highly recommend it i love the shark/ninja brand they have great high quality products and a quick & easy hassle free return/ replacement process they have never let me down

So many great features

I love this vacuum compared to Dyson. However, the sensor that triggers the Sense IQ is overly sensitive meaning the vacuum goes into full power frequently, even when I am vacuuming the same spot over and over (or sometimes when I'm not even moving the vacuum). I wouldn't care about this; I would just turn Sense IQ off. But Shark was completely stupid because THEY HAVE NO OPTION TO PUT THE VACUUM IN A MIDDLE POWER SETTING. So if you turn Sense IQ off, it's either eco mode, which is not good, or full max power which immediately drains the battery. This is a huge oversight in my opinion. How do you not have an option just to run the vacuum in normal power mode??? What were they thinking??? Other than that, I love everything about the vacuum.

Love this vacuum but one major flow

I bought this vacuum on August 17 2025 off Amazon.ca, 9 months prior to write of this review. Right now the battery no longer charges over 50%, and the bending mechanism of the rod/stick body part of the vacuum has broken off, so I can't bend the stick anymore.
