The cooling pocket and the cold sleeve work well in this brace. it regulates the cold and doesn't create SPOTS colder than others.

the brace itself is one of the nicest I have ever used. fits nicely and stays secure with the velcro buckle wrap styling.

This wrap is great because you can use in different way so it doesn't have to be just for the knees. It can be open which makes it great to use on back. I love that it also has the hot and cold features which is great. It having all these different options makes it perfect for everyone to use.

Work great according to my husband and my mil who both have bad knees I just wish it was the same price online as it was in store. I purchased in store for $5 but my husband loved it so much he wanted a second one but it was $15 online but he loves them and uses them every day.

I recently twisted my tibia in a ridiculous accident which was completely my fault. But ever since I have been having a lot of pain after I get home from work. I work in the service industry so I'm on my feet ALL day long. I do love the fact that it can be a hot OR cold pack that is a definite bonus!! I feel it is a little too bulky though…it's just very big on my small knee.
