I like that you can choose the intensity, direction, and if you'd like it with heat. And you can deepen the massage if you use the arm straps. I have even used it on my shoulders and it works nicely.

Perfect neck/ shoulder massager

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Realtouch Shiatsu Neck massager from Sharper Image and Influenster in return of an honest review. If I were to sum up my review, I would say that the item is as described on the box. I like all of the features that were advertised -compact design, heated option, two different speeds and direction. This design allows you to pull down on the straps to create pressure as you would like, however, I feel like the massage is still sort of weak in the rollers. What I also dont like is that the cord that comes with it is USB only. No block to plug it directly into the wall. So be prepared to have one of those on hand. Overall, I do like it, but I don't think if this one goes that I would purchase another one of this model to replace it simply because it isn't strong enough of a neck massage for my liking. If you like a gentle neck massage, this one is for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really looked forward to using the Realtouch Shiatsu Neck Massager, as I have a job where looking down and using my hands in such a way, that it causes quite a bit of tension and sore muscles. My husband pictured in the photo is in construction, and played a lot of football as a young man, so he also suffers from neck stiffness and occasional pain. The massager is very heavy. It's very awkward to position, and it just never really feels like it sits correctly or hits the areas you would want it to. You literally can't sit back and relax while using it because it's so big and hard. It's very difficult to try to relax and enjoy the massage if you have to sit straight up and keep tension on the straps to hold the weight of the device. Unfortunately it's a No for me.

Awkward & Heavy

When trying the neck massager, only the left side worked.  I charged it overnight and when trying it again, it did not work altogether.  It's a bummer to have to return products.  My life is busy enough without having this extra task to take care of.  Very hesitant to order from them again.  I won't be conducting any further business with Walmart.  Thanks for the extra task including a trip to the post office.

This was a Christmas present for my wife and it only works on one side. This was a major disappointment and I do not recommend anyone getting this product.

Only one side works. Defective product!!!

First impression it doesn't come with a block to plug cord in…that's dumb and you have to keep it plugged in to work. It doesn't charge. The massage feature it barely a light feather. I would never recommend this product to anyone
