Writes on various surfaces including dark colors.

Made with sturdy and long-lasting components.

Feature bright, luminous hues for writing on dark surfaces.

I really like the eas eof use. They make a good clean line and don't smudge. They showed up well on Christmas ornaments to write the names on them. They have lasted through several writings and still have good color and show up well. The silver is great on dark color items!

Love these!

I used these Sharpie Metallic Permanent Markers, Fine Point, Silver to mark some black electronics. I used them on both plastic and metal. The markings showed up nice and clear. Now I can stop using pieces of masking tape to mark dark colored items.

Mark clearly on dark colored items

I've purchased these repeatedly. As a teacher, I used them to write on black paper or label black items. The silver shows up beautifully on dark colors. I recently bought a pack to draw on black gift bags for my boys' birthday party. I've included a picture so you can see how clearly the dragon drawn in silver sharpie showed up. I love these markers and basically sharpies in general - they never disappoint!

It's a Sharpie! Of course it's great!

Sharpies are a great product. I don't think any marker is better than a Sharpie. The quality is high and the ease of use great. They are easy to use whether writing or drawing and the ink is long lasting. I highly recommend Sharpies and I'm a regular repeat buyer.

I just love these . The are a winner on black fabrics. You sometimes have to go over it a bit depending on what you're doing or the fabrics. I love it for party cups as well

Have used sharpie brand for years- for crafts and for labeling on black lids. Was replacing my current silver markers and have to say, these are different from the previous ones. The color does not show up as dark as the old ones. Again, I'm using these on lids and crafts-maybe they are fine for paper but are lacking for my needs. Not as great as the previous markers. I was willing to spend the extra on sharpie name brand but will go store brand in future since they are no longer as good as the original

Not as good as previous markers

This marker works well when the black sharpie doesn't make sense, like any object that is black or dark in color. My only negatuve is that it sometimes is streaky when first using. So I just use the marker on a piece of paper before using. Overall a great alternative to black.

Best Alternative Where Black Sharpie Won't Show

These are really pretty, especially on darker paper, they show up way better than regular markers. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they can run out waaaay quicker than expected if you use them a lot. But for crafts, labeling, or anything decorative, they're great. Smooth writing and nice shine.

2 yrs ago, I'd have given these silver sharpies all stars. sadly the 2 packages i bought ran out after only a handful of uses, at most. soany brands these days are beteying my trust and now sharpie is just another "used to be" great. I dont know if this downward turn in quality is just with their silver markers or across all colors. but I do know that I wont be buying any more silver sharpie markers. u know the saying, " do me wrong once, shame on u, do me wrong twice, shame on me!" there will be no third time here.

they USED TO make good silver markers

These ran out super fast. I was tracing lines on a black presentation tri-fold foam core display board and each marker lasted about 45 seconds. switch to actual paint markers.

Good for a few seconds.
