A 1.0mm gel pen that doesn't smudge is rare. Just like the 0.7 size that I often use, these dry instantly! I like these pens for bold lettering and writing bigger sizes for titles etc. They don't get gummed up with ink like some larger gel pens, and are pretty smooth. Good price for pens that will get used a lot and last forever.

I've tried a lot of gel pens over the years, but the Sharpie S-Gel Bold Point pens have quickly become my go-to for everyday writing. I am obsessed with the sharpie S-gel pens being an artist it's hard to find a pin that will not bleed or just stop working because the tip touch something I finally have and now they come in fun colors great packaging they're durable they do last me a long time

So I usually buy different gel pens but I figured I'd give these a try after reading the reviews and they don't disappoint! I keep one in my car and one in my purse at all times! If you are a server or do a lot of writing I highly recommend these! They glide and don't bleed! Also for the servers, keep cheapies on you because I can guarantee the guests will be pocketing these!

Just Like A Gel Pen, no matter who makes it.

Gel Pens require Tutorial Videos just to figurte-out how to make them 'Go' in the first place, since opening-up evry new gel pen ever here, always the same thing, "This is not working, no matter how blank this regular old paper is, Nothing no ink arrives from nib to paper for almost a minute, on all four of these, just like the ten pilot gel pens of fine tip instead. All 10 had this issue, "Where's the ink at. I am writing with this pen but no ink is showing-up.

I can never tell if they will ever work correctly, and i am never purchasing gel pens ever again.

Gel Pens take forever to Start Inking the paper.

These are the best pens I have ever used. I like fine point sharpies, but they have to have a cap on, and my 89 year old mother never met a cap she couldn't lose, but ball point pens don't always write really well.  These are like adding BOLD on a type face.  Yet they write like a ballpoint, just bolder.  I am buying more right now!

Best Ball POints EVER!

This pen writes well.  My favorite point size is 1.0. It's very smooth. I have not experienced and bleeding with this pen or ink blots . I disliked the color for I prefer blue ink to black and they didn't have the blue in 1.0 lol. I will recommend to all my 1.0 addicts enjoy

These pens write so nicely and have such a nice ink flow. These are my go to and I continue to buy them. They don't smudge like other popular pens out there.

I had bought the Sharpie 0.7 S-Gel pens and liked them.  I did not notice that these are 1.0 and tried them anyway.  The ink smeared all over a greeting card I was writing.  Very disappointed.  I am returning them to the store.
