I love the product but the box came in bad shop and old looking

Product is pretty good. It's moisturizing without being greasy. HOWEVER, the packaging is atrocious. The cap takes precise positioning to screw back on and the tube is a ridiculously weird, hard metalish that does not squeeze without a vice grip. It also doesn't squeeze smooth. It crinkles and creates sharp points which will not only cut you, but makes it impossible to get even half the moisturizer out. With the price it costs, that is unacceptable.

Packaging is atrocious at best
