I've had relaxed hair for 48 years. During the pandemic and caregiving, I let my relaxer grow out. I am so very happy I found this relaxer at Walmart. It will keep me from using my clippers again due to the frustration of trying to keep up my natural hedge thick hair. Thank you Walmart for carrying this relaxer. I have been using this relaxer system for about 3 or 4 years now. During the 1st few times, it was difficult remembering to use the 5-minute Serum AFTER you rinse out the relaxer THEN shampoo with neutralizing shampoo LOL! But me & my sister (she fixes my hair for me) are old pros at it now and the results are always flawless. My hair is straight, silky, & smooth!
