I recently converted to natural soaps. Shea Moisture soap specifically the soap that has frankincense and myrrh rejuvenates my skin.  i will use this soap for the rest of my life.

Amazing soap: low cost & superior ingredients

I really love the SheaMoisture Raw Shea Butter Bar Soap — the scent is warm, natural, and super comforting. It cleans well without drying out my skin, which is a huge win for me, especially with our sunny California weather. My skin feels soft and nourished after every shower. I'm a curly girl so i've always used shea moisture for my curl treatments but this soap is everything! I also have severe eczema and this has helped so much. Not so much with the eczema but it actually allow me to use a soap without getting a rash right after!

Soft and yummy

Black Dermatologist approved? lol why even say that?  I get that it's/was  a black owned company…My husband is Caucasian and been using it for years. I used to follow Shea Moisture on IG and the racists comments from black people not liking white people using the products was crazy. 
They sold the company to Lever or someone so hopefully the ingredients to change. Five star I gave is the old bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging is good. I like the scent. Any product that has Shea butter is good for my skin and this bar soap is no exception. It is effective! I love SheaMoisture products. I've used their hair products and I'm glad to get to use the body products.

Clean scent, leaves skin so soft

The Raw Shea Butter collection is my favourite Shea Moisture product range. This soap is nice, but I think they've changed the formulation over the years...the scent isn't as strong, which is a bit disappointing. Still a very nice product that I enjoy.

Love the soap, wish it was more fragrant

It's wild to me how they have the nerve to respond to people that it's the same formula when the formula has clearly been changed. I had used this soap for years because it was great at removing makeup from my face and my brushes. I always stocked up and ordered multiples when I re-ordered. The formula changed a while back and now includes a bunch of unnecessary ingredients with long names, oh, and "fragrance". The scent of this artificial fragrance is so overpowering that it gives me a headache. I will be returning this soap and looking for a replacement product elsewhere that stays true to all natural ingredients. There was nothing wrong with the prior formula - if it isn't broken, don't "fix" it.

Formula changed - don't let them say otherwise!

I'm disappointed and really sad that Shea Moisture changed this product. I've used it for years and it has been my only go to soap. I even began purchasing online after my local store stopped carrying it. When my most recent order arrived, the packaging was changed as well as the ingredients. Also, there is strong, unpleasant perfume smell. I tried to use and I cannot. The smell, lather, and effectiveness of the soap is completely different. What a loss!

So Disappointed This Product Was Changed
