The scent isn't my absolute favorite but that is subjective. You might like it. Besides that this is a great daily beard wash that you can use everyday without stripping your beard of the natural oils and softness.

There are countless expensive beard washes on the market but this one stands up to those at less than half the price.

Best ever

This shampoo is fantastic, and of course it's labeled as for beards-but if you're willing to pay the premium(especially because it comes in a much smaller tube than “regular” shampoo), it is completely worth it as just a shampoo…this makes your hair smell fantastic and makes your mane really soft afterwards, i've stopped buying shampoo for my hair and just use this… maybe at SOME point I'll grow a beard and also use this for its intended purpose :P

Not just for beards…

Beard wash that doesn't break the bank.

The corner of the bottle was broken when I received it, which prevented it from squeezing well. Additionally, when I stored it on its cap, all the gel leaked out by the next day, leaving it completely empty after only one use. The scent and lather were great,  but the broken bottle made  it useless.

I'm sure it's a good product except...I never got my orders! I placed two orders for my husband. One was the beard balm shape and conditioning oil, and another was the beard wash and the detangler. Both orders were placed in early November and I never got either order, although they sent me emails that they shipped. The emails didn't even include the name of the shipping carrier! I had to dig for myself to find out it was UPS. All of my orders looked stagnant, like they never went anywhere past the warehouse. 

I reached out to SheaMoisture through phone and email over a period of WEEKS. I was NEVER able to get a hold of anyone, and no one ever returned any of my messages and emails. This is really unfortunate because I LOVED this brand and was so excited for my husband to try this line when it came out. I feel cheated. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY B/C APPARENTLY WHEN ORDERING FROM SHEAMOISTURE, YOU DON'T GET YOUR ORDER, NOR DO YOU GET GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
