The only product that works on dandruff

This shampoo is luxurious. Thick, easy  to rinse! Cleans well  and  leaves my scalp feeling pampered. Cost a pretty  penny for the amount - so very worth it. Did I say Yum!

My daughter and I had dandruff this has significantly decreased it. We see a flake here and there, also it makes out hair shiny and it feels fresh and clean.

I am so happy to have found this! I use the pre treatment, shampoo, and conditioner. I have struggled with an irritated, flaky scalp for the longest time and nothing has worked. This worked immediately! After a few washes, my scalp is not flaky at all! My son also has a super sensitive scalp and I could not find anything to get rid of the flakes! He got a prescription from the doctor as well and it wasn't working fast enough so we tried this and problem solved! Not only did it fix my scalp issues it also made my hair softer, fuller, and shinier. I wish it smelled better like herbal essences or something but it doesn't stink so I'll continue to use it. Forever! 

I will be buying this in bulk just in case it discontinues! Wonderful product!!

Amazing product!

At first I thought it was great. I liked the way it cleaned my hair. Then quickly I noticed after a couple uses that it was actually creating more dandruff. I had little and now I have so much dandruff. I am itching so bad I have scabs on my head. Even more dandruff after using the pre wash treatment. It's a no for me.

“I have used this product for two years and am very disappointed by the misleading description. The listing states it contains salicylic acid, however the formula has changed and it has been replaced with pyrithione instead. I will be returning the bottle I just purchased due to this inaccuracy.”

I bought this shampoo because ONE month ago because at the time it had 3% salicylic acid in it and was cheaper per ounce than T/Sal, which seems to be the only other product of its type. My dermatologist recommended that I use that for oily dandruff on my head. It was working BEAUTIFULLY....but THEN, Shea Moisture decided to COMPLETELY change the formula, making the active ingredient 1% pyrithione zinc. It is now basically just Head %26 Shoulders. Is this new formulation cheaper for them to produce or something? This is absolutely NOT the same product. I am extremely disappointed.

I used to use this product as a clarifying shampoo because I'm allergic to sulphates. The formula has been changed and now there are two ingredients I'm allergic to. Such a shame, this shampoo used to be my favorite.
