Worth it

The effectiveness of this product is really nice and makes my hair look so nice and kinda shiny. The rinsing goes super smooth and the texture of this product is so smooth the durability lasts longer than other brands and maintenance is good.

Great conditioner loved it.

I love this product. It gives my hair all the moisture it needs. It also helps me comb through my curls. The smell isn't as strong as the Coconut & Hibiscus.

The product is good but unfortunately the older formula was better too much polyquats makes us think the products are nourishing, I hope it can be replaced with fatty alcohols that moisturize the hair like petal fresh pure conditioner formula

I just hope a new shea moisture product without extracts (containing proteins) and glycerin which make hair behave like protein overload and coconut oil some people are sensitive to it too.

Doesn't work on my family (protein overload)

I LOVED this entire line. I can't use any protein, so this was my go-to. I knew the whole line didn't have protein and so it was all safe. I'd try other lines or other brands, but this was always my safe home. Now that the conditioner has protein, I won't ever use it again. Almost every other line has protein, so why this one too? They apparently don't need money from people with protein sensitive hair.

new formula - lost customer

This used to be my holy grail, now they changed the formula. I've been using the product for nearly 4 years. I never switched to any other moisturizer and SOLELY used this product in those 4 years, but now im forced to. They completely and sneakfully changed the ingredients. The new product is a completely different product, not even remotely close to the original, and has way less moisture. I'm giving this 2 stars instead of one purely because it does moisturize, but I have to use a lot. I have to use an entire handful — that's not an exaggeration, I'm forced to fill my ENTIRE hand — for ONE section, only then does it moisturize effectively. 

im never returning to Shea moisture. All my products are going in the trash.

WARNING: changed the formula

Difficult to use container - spring too tight to get more then a little conditioner to come out of bottle - if I remove dispenser pump the bottle is too rigid to squeeze product out into my hand - my hair is not feeling well moisturized from this product (when I can get it out of the ridiculous bottl)!!  Won't buy again and returned bottle to store for a refund.
