Love it! Nice upgrade over just a standard bar! Took some time to install as it has 8 screws and drywall anchors, but well worth it.

This shelf and towel rack look nice. I haven't hung it on the wall yet, but it takes 3 screws/anchors per ring- so 12 total. I don't think it will have a problem with the weight, but may be a little tricky to get all the screws aligned.

What a great rack! It was easy to mount, very stylish, sturdy and a great size. My mother-in-law saw it in my house and liked it so much, she went home and ordered two for herself! I had read some of the reviews that stated it was difficult to mount. My husband did not have any trouble putting it together or mounting it. But he's pretty talented in general. He can properly mount just about anything.

Love it!

I bought this for my kids bathroom and it is just great. I have two kids sharing a bathroom, so I can hang both their towels and have room on top to put their little washclothes and robes. I love this product.

Very nice product

It is as shown on the picture. A very functional towel rack. Shipping and pick up at Canada Post was quick and easy. Wish there was a discount on this product at the time though.

Good product

This product is poorly designed, but for $15, what do you expect. The design makes it difficult to screw the screws in. And the screws that were included are poor quality—I stripped the heads of all of them, so I had to use different screws. In the end, it turned out ok, but I'll avoid Neu Home products from now on. The product is cheap, but you get what you pay for. I installed this in a bathroom that doesn't get used much, so it should be ok. But I'd be cautious if installing in a main bathroom as I suspect that it will start to rust quickly because of the cheap metal used.

You get what you pay for

we bought this for a bathroom remodel. when  we finally opened the box to install it when we were done with the bathroom, we found it had no hardware inside but we were just outside the return window. i would give it 0 stars if I could because right now all it is, is a pole of poles.
