My KLR650 loves this oil

Product came not sealed properly which leaked losing almost a half litre from each container. I thought it would arrive in a Shell box as advertised, but they take individual jugs, place them in a plastic bag and then box them in threes. As my diesel needs 9.5 litres to fill, it still filled the pan to almost full.

Some of the jugs were opened, and a plastic bag was put to reseal them, and in some cases a half litre of oil was missing, unacceptable, I will be contacting someone to take this further. I have photos.
And I take this oil on quite the journey to my camp, so returning it is a huge huge inconvenience.
If someone contacts me, to right this wrong, I might order something again online

I'm sure the shell rotella oil will work fine. However when it was delivered to our house one of the boxes of oil was leaking, leaving an oil stain on our front step. I wasn't home at the time, and when my wife got home she moved the boxes of oil into the garage, then left for an appointment. When she came home later there was an even bigger oil stain in the garage. When I contacted Walmart, I asked for a credit for floor dry and I would do the labor to remove the stains. I was told that Walmart would not help out for the cost of the floor dry.
