May bend or crack at connection points, affecting stability.

Instructions can be clear, but sometimes vague or confusing.

Setup is simple and can be done by one person.

Has a solid structure when properly secured.

Went together easy, I ran nylon rope through the end pipes to hold it sturdy and to anchor threw my deck. I am using it as a weather guard so my dogs will go outside in bad weather.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just installed the structure and it went together exactly as instructed.  If you intend to leave this model up year round, consider where you are placing it, i.e., on concrete, grass, dirt etc..  Also, what are your inclement weather conditions.  You may want to consider a sturdier model or plan to make your own modifications.  If your summer conditions are hot, the canopy may need to be replaced periodically.

Great buy for the price.

I replaced  the cover on that one at just over 3 years, Redding sunlight is tough!  This winter we had a rare 10 inch snowfall---it didn't make it.  So, this is a replacement and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just what I need!!

The 10x20 ShelterLogic Canopy dropped into the space perfectly. Now I have a very pleasant outdoor room for my plants, garden projects, bikes, and patio furniture. I love the canopy! Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 24 foot and 20 foot shelters are 10 years old and still performing excellently. With that history it was only logical to purchase the 9' x 12' unit from  Shelter Logic. It was assembled and erected in 3 hours by 2 of us.  It withstood 60 mph wind gusts and a torrential rainfall of 9 inches in Naples FL with absolutely no problems.  Because the dimensions exceeded our HOA standards we reduced the size by removing a 3 foot section.    
Although it isn't as functional or aesthetically pleasing this was an easy fix and it has withstood additional storms with no problems. EASY TO ERECT, ACCEPTABLE APPEARANCE, EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE IN BAD WEATHER, AND A HISTORY OF LONGEVITY!!  WHAT MORE COULD I ASK FOR?

Our 3rd Shelter Logic purchase

This really worked well for us.  The product has changed over the years (the shorter length pipes were a new one on us) but we have 8 of these now, and all but one of the originals are still going strong (and that one had a vehicle drive into it ... not a design fault at all).

Max AP Shade structure - still going strong.

The 10'x10' shelter is great but it would be better if you still offered replacement canopy instead of having to buy a whole new unit. I buy them for the local Humane Society for shade for volunteers and shelter dogs. Having to buy a whole new 10'x10' unit is expensive but I had no option. You no longer  offer just a replacement canopy for the 10'x10'. Not sure what to do with my original frame?

It's a great little shelter, but for my needs it either needs to be a little shorter or maybe make a half end for the front and back.
The reason I say that is because where I have it set up. I placed it between my house and shop, so I could park my mobility scooter under it. Unfortunately the wind and rain blow from either the front or back. So that being said, a half end that goes from the peak of the top down to the top of the four legs. Other then that I think it was pretty easy to put up, and it's pretty sturdy if it's done right. I think the hardest thing was figuring out exactly which way the tri connectors go. One last item is don't try to put it up by yourself, it takes at least two people to do it!

Nice little shelter

Expedited shipping, assembly is easy. Not thrilled with smaller packaging. Creates lots of flex points in frame system. Causing lots of movement in windy conditions even with heavy tie downs and guy lines.

Canopy 10x20

Not what I expected.  The picture makes the extension look so nice and taught, I thought there was some type of frame involved.  There is not.  It is a side panel with some thin legs and lines.  It was very droopy.  It sagged between the poles.  To be fair the final step in the instructions was so vague, I have no idea what it was telling me to do.  I asked several people if they could figure it out and they too found it too confusing.  I searched for a video but couldn't find one.  Perhaps that's the step that prevents the sagging, but as I can not figure it out, I will never know.

A lot of money for a side panel with flimsy poles

The shelter constantly needs to be adjusted to keep the tarp taunt, snow and water pool up on it! In high wings it turns to a kite! Poles bend and break at the connection points
