Sound Quality

Speaker Connectivity

Value For Money

Can be loud and clear, but may struggle with high volumes or certain systems.

Provides controllable bass and treble settings.

Received a day early that was great! it's a great receiver at an unbelievable price. It's for my backyard speakers, I picked up a IR repeater for $20.00 to be able to use the remote on deck, I have full control. My friends can connect their phone play list and share music, and the sound is top shelf, even controllable base and treble from the remote.

Great AM/FM Receiver

Looks good, logical easy functions, and sounds great. I am a stereo geek and have 5,000 watts in the living room with 6 channels. This one went in the garage powering two towers that have 18 inch woofers. The aux out powers a separate work bench system that has a powered sub-woofer. I looked at bookshelf and boom box type systems and knew they would not make me happy. This amp was less $ than those type systems and sounds way better.

Great Two Channel

walmart.com

This stereo amplifier replaces one that was zapped by lightening. It is great, and even better is the fact that t arrived two days earlier than promised.

Totally satisfied

This unit is exactly what I wanted. It has a phono input and none of the other extraneous features that most stereo receivers come with. It does a terrific job in helping me digitize my vinyl collection of LP records. Also nicely plays tunes in my iPad via Bluetooth.

Sherwood RX-4508 Stereo Receiver

The unit works very well in our smaller living room space. Matches well with our big speakers. Clear FM and Am radio reception in a restrict space. Good value for the price.

Good value for the $$$

good AM and FM reception in a rural area. good sound quality compared to the one it replaced. only issue is not enough inputs -- only two + phono... and we had more (satellite, dvd, mp3 etc.). Bluetooth works well for steaming Pandora music from the cell phone. Also no hdmi port in or out out for the TV. But for the price it is a good receiver.

excellent for the price paid

My Sherwood AM/FM Receiver has good power, presets stations good. My CD and phono players all work good together as one happy family for my family.

It's good

I bought it for my record player and it sounds horrible. This TD player works great on it. The radio is great on it, but I only wanted it for the record player and it doesn't play records at all. It's horrible. The phono is no good!

Stereo amp

This Receiver was not functional. There was no power when plugged into a wall outlet. It does not work. Very disappointing.

Sherwood RX4508 200W AM/FM Stereo Receiver

Unit would not provide volume to both sides of dual Bose speakers. Label on unit said the unit was manufactured in March of 2004. This is May 2016?????????????

Poor purchase

Sherwood RX4508 200W AM/FM Stereo Receiver with Bluetooth in black, featuring a sleek three-block design with a digital display and control knobs. Equipped with quartz PLL synthesized digital tuning, 30 station presets, bass/treble controls, and aptX audio codec for wireless audio. Includes 3 audio inputs, 2 audio outputs, and a phono input for versatile connectivity. The high-power amplifier delivers 100W per channel for stunning sound quality.
