I've been using for 3 weeks now and I'm starting to see a significant improvement on my deep wrinkles and skin texture. This was a first time purchase for the serum. I have used the Benifiance eye cream, day cream and night cream for many many years and absolutely adore them but I wasn't using a serum first. I have tried other brands of serums and have disliked either the stiffness or the stickiness that they leave behind. This just makes my skin feels so hydrated soft and smooth before I apply my day/night  cream. I am now really interested to try the ice serum

I started using it about 5years back when a sales girl introduced me at NY airport n it made my skin really good, but as I have mature skin so it did not helped me in winter. But this summer I started using it again n introduced it to my daughter which made her skin happy I have noticed that there is some change in formula now., n the old one was better I also took softener from Europe which was wonderful but the one I am getting here is not effective Hope you look into it

Phenomenal serum

I was hesitant to purchase the serum because I was not sure if it would make a difference in my skin. It has absolutely made my skin softer and reduces fine lines and wrinkles.

Best Serum

The serum is good, but both of my bottles have a short straw that doesn't allow me to get all of the product out. It's very disappointing for such a high end and pricey product. I have not been able to resolve this with customer service. I couldn't get the last 1/3 out without having to open the bottle each time. Cumbersome, inconvenient and frustrating.

Looking for a different serum.

I found the serum to be unexpectedly thick in consistency. For someone with an oily skin type like myself, this posed an immediate red flag.

True to my apprehensions, the serum exacerbated the oiliness of my skin. Post-application, there was an unmistakable sheen that wasn't there before, and not the glowy kind that one hopes for. In a disappointing twist, the product seemed to be a catalyst for further issues as I noticed an increase in spots peppering my chin and cheeks — areas that were relatively clear before introducing the serum to my routine.

The increase in oiliness was immediate and consistent with every application. This observation has led me to the decision to discontinue using this serum. While I acknowledge that every skin type is unique and responses to skincare products are varied, my experience compels me to advise against this product for those who share a similar oily complexion. There might be a myriad of glowing testimonials out there, but if your skin mirrors mine, you might want to consider other options that are more in harmony with our specific skincare needs.
