Comfort

The UCSF Sports Medicine orthopedic doctors and staff thought so highly of it when I was in for my second visit for a meniscus tear that they discussed the possibility of buying them in bulk to give to other patients.

I'm a former Navy Seal & Ironman Triathlete who just wants to play volleyball with his twin daughters now, and this will at least let me go back to sleep when I wake up with throbbing pain in my knee until my surgery.

I bought this knee wrap for a meniscus tear.  This product was the best way I found to relieve pain and reduce the swelling along with this injury.  It wraps completely around your knee, and stays there, so you can even walk around.  You can adjust the compression with the velcro straps, so you can focus a bit more icing on certain parts of your knee.  Great product!!

Great features and comfort

I bought this about two weeks ago and after using it about a week it has been great.  I use it after harvesting firewood and at night right before bed.  It has done a good job of reducing my knee inflammation and I sleep better at nights when I use it before I go to sleep.  Seems as though it calms my arthritis inflammation in my knee and I do not have the jolts of pain in the knee to wake me.

Pretty Cool

I am a fan of cryotherapy! I've had plug-in cryotherapy devices to help with my knee injuries from many years of snowboarding. I love this ice compression knee wrap. It works fast and delivers comfort from any pain. 
I had purchased this product after I bought the elbow cryo compression sleeve for a elbow tear from mountain biking. My elbow sleeve worked so well, I was shocked on how quickly my body recovered. 
You can't overdose on ice.

Fan of Cryotherapy

The gel packs hold a nice cold freeze for a much longer time than you'd ever need to ice a joint. Quality material and strong Velcro straps to snug it as tight as you like. Watch over-tightening. (I managed to bruise myself with a particularly aggressive tug on the fasteners which I wore for a good 30 minutes. That was my bad.) Will use as needed for many months to come. Good investment. Good value.

Very Cold

I have pretty bad knees and ever since I have found this wrap it has been tremendous help. I use it after every workout and it helps with overall aches the next day. This is my second time purchasing this product as over time the Velcro will wear out but it lasted me 4 years the first time around so I'd say I got my monies worth!

Great product!

I first bought the large size of this wrap because my knee measurement was just over the limit for the medium, but I found it slid around and was too big. This one fits really well and relieves the pain from my knee replacement.

Excellent coverage

Excellent wrap around ice for the knee but it was difficult to pick the correct size. I bought LG/XL because I'm preparing for total knee replacement and the expected post op edema. It still works extremely well preoperatively but I cannot tighten it enough to get up and walk while wearing. Overall, it works extremely well at wrapping my entire knee in cold therapy and feel it was totally worth the expense. I would suggest they make a size in between S/M and L/XL for those of us who are M/LG.

Sizing for the cold wrap therapy

I was expecting a less cumbersome device; with individual cooling packs that slide in to pockets in the wrap, it's a bit bulky, and the cooling packs tend to slide around (particularly in the freezer). Because it's bulky when fully-loaded, positioning the device correctly on the knee and securely strapping it on takes a bit more effort than I would have expected, and the velcro ends of the straps keep sticking to each other. But, once it's on, it definitely wraps the knee entirely in cooling compression. I use it with TENS pads underneath and it keeps them in place well. So, in the end, it gets the job done -- definitely better and more convenient than trying to wrap a standard ice pack around the knee with an ACE bandage.

A bit cumbersome to wrap, but gets the job done!

Purchased a large, a little larger than expected but still a great product.  Stays icy cold for 15-30 minutes. Freeze the gel packs by themselves or in the wrap (easier).

Oh yeah, it's cold.

On the L/XL the pockets to hold the gel packs are too short. This allows the packs to fall out and it is cumbersome to use.
