Well crafted and looks good.

It was a little hard to get a hold of this little guy, but it was worth it. It adds some new Challenges to Challenge Mode and unlocks Co-op in the Wii U Version which is fun, though you can damage each other so be careful!

You can Level your Amiibo up to a max Level of 50 by collecting Gold throughout the Levels. As you Level up, you'll unlock Health and Magic Upgrades, Relics old and new, as well as customizable looks, poses, and colors for you Shovel Knight!

However, I suggest using the Amiibo on a new Save File. If you use it on an existing one, it adds a special label to that Save File that prevents you from unlocking Feats (Achievements) from that Save File.

Your Amiibo also cannot access Upgrades from the various Shops as it gains it's abilities and upgrades from Leveling it up. Any Upgrades you do buy or collect will be applied to the Shovel Knight for that Save File instead which will applied when playing that File without the Amiibo.

It's worth the price. Don't get hit by scalpers either! If you can't get one now, just wait as Yacht Club Games is producing more to meet with demands from what I understand.

If you're a collector, you can even use this Amiibo without opening the Box as it doesn't have a NFC Shield inside the Box. Just make sure your Game is upgraded to Version 2.2 or higher. The Wii U Version does it automatically. However, for the 3DS Version, go to the Main Game Screen in the Nintendo eShop and run the Update from there.

Adds new depth to an already excellent Game!!

This is probably my favorite Amiibo yet! It unlocks co-op mode and new costumes for the Wii U version and unlocks new costumes for the 3DS version.
