I was stressing about how to paint the molding without messing up the wallpaper, and this tape was PERFECT. Tape went on smoothly, it was moveable and removing it was very easy! I was nervous about pulling paint or damaging the baseboards, but this tape came off clean with zero residue and no peeling at all. It stuck really well while painting and gave me super crisp lines along the trim and edges. I also appreciated that it didn’t lift when I was rolling or brushing near it. If you’re repainting a room and want clean lines without stressing about damage, this tape is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be using it again for future projects.

I used FrogTape Delicate Surface to protect my kitchen cabinet bases while stripping the paint off the doors. Because the previous owners hadn’t used primer, the existing paint was incredibly fragile and prone to peeling. I didn't want to damage the base of the cabinets, because they are essentially painted contact paper. 
This tape worked perfectly as a barrier. It stayed secure while I worked but pulled away cleanly without lifting any of the unstable paint from the bases. If you’re dealing with delicate or unprimed surfaces, this may be the only tape I trust. It saved me a massive headache!

Saved my unprimed cabinets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i found this tape to be super handy! it's perfect for a border for painting and surprising it can withstand a LOT of heat if you are pressing perler beads together with an iron. doesn't leave any residue at all and takes no force to tear. will definitely keep using this product for my crafts

There were tons of little corners around cabinets and the shower. The tape went on smoothly and came off without any issues. The paint did not leak under the tape like cheaper tapes we’ve used in the past. We will definitely go back to frog tape in the future for our painting projects.

Easy to use and effective

It worked well and didn’t pick up any of the wall paint like other painters tapes tend to which is a plus however it is on the thinner side which makes it stick to itself and crinkle/fold super easy which gets annoying when handling it but it works well.

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t had a chance to use this tape yet, since I don’t currently have any painting projects. But I’ve heard that Frog Tape is better than the usual 3M blue painters tape. I’m looking forward to using it!

Good reputation

Specifically bought the delicate surface tape as I didn't want to wait at least 3 days before painting my feature wall. The tape was applied well over the 24h minimum recommended in the instructions, but I found the 'low tack' tape pulled off the paint back to plaster. The paint block feature generally worked ok where it didn't pull the paint off!
