I went by the item pictured and assumed that I was ordering the belt and pad.  I was wrong. The pad does not come with it.  I feel picture is deceptive. Be cautious when ordering.

It was defective.  I called the company and was instructed to return to Wal-Mart.  There was no way to secure the belt--no velcro on the belt side so it could be secured.  So disappointed.
