The Sierra Range SRMG-24 gas griddle's compact design and stainless steel construction renders it a high-volume unit that's designed for long-term use. Two 23,000-BTU U-shaped burners are located 12 inches from each other for even heat distribution. Its 3/4-inch polished steel griddle plate uniformly cooks a couple of foods at the same time; its thin plate reheats quickly to support spontaneous orders. For plating, a 6-inch landing edge keeps plates stable while the operator loads foods onto them. Overall, the Sierra Range SRMG-24 commercial griddle has a 24-inch-wide by 32.3-inch-deep by 12.9-inch-high frame for countertop use. Supported by 4-inch stainless steel legs, 1-inch leveling feet account for uneven surfaces to keep the unit stable throughout operation. Its front frame is welded and heavy gauge to withstand common wear from daily impact. For streamlined cleaning, it has back and side splashes to contain oil, a 4-inch grease trough, and a removable crumb tray.
