This was such a perfect find. Almost bought a whole new tv stand with a heater/fireplace %26 found this perfection. Has been working great.

Very pleased. It dose make a soft clicking sound when flames are on but nothing to bothersome.  Of course when heat is on  you can hear the fan running. It produces good heat. I really like the fact that the logs and flames are fairly realistic looking and can be changed from a full flame all the way down to low embers.  I also like the fact it has a fairly realistic looking brick background. It is the best electric fireplace insert I have had for this price.

Great and realistic for the price

Nice piece - easy to assemble and install into the entertainment center purchased.  Purchased in mid-April so have only used the heating feature a couple of times but love the visual only (no heat) option too.

I really love this little fireplace. I have it in my cold drafty basement that's about 800 square feet. I spend a lot of time there in the evenings and this keeps it nice and warm without me having to crank the furnace up.  Love that it has a timer and that the heater and "fire" work independently. Great purchase.

No regrets!

I purchased this electric fireplace insert for a previously purchased Ashley TV console. I wanted a perfect fit and that is exactly what I got. Not a huge fan of electric fireplaces but I was pleasantly surprised and even impressed by the functionality of this insert. I didn't purchase it as a heat source and received it in July so I can't really comment on how the heater works. Fast delivery and no damage. Highly recommend.

Impressed and two thumbs up

We are surprised at how well this insert works
. We have a small living room & it keeps it nice & toasty. It's about 2” shorter than our opening, but that's doesn't bother us & we may end up putting some framing around it. I'm 68 year old female & put it in myself, it was fairly easy for me to do. 
The fan isn't so loud that it interferes with the TV.

Fits in our Ashley entertainment center

Although it a nice piece overall. I did not get to see it in person. They did not have this in store. I am disappointed with the fireplace. It doesn't put off much light from the fire. It very dull. I have a stand alone one that it much brighter. I wanted the flickering flames for the ambiance. It kind of lame.

Could be much brighter

I like it, but I thought I was paying for REAL wood, not pressed wood. That is a lot if money for fake wood. It is very pretty. For self assembly the directions did not state when to insert the electric fireplace and one door did not want to go on right.

The look is great, no problem there. The issue I have with it is the heat itself. It seems I have to put it on the highest heat setting in order to feel anything. It doesn't blow out far enough in my opinion. You almost have to be right next to it to feel the heat coming out.
