These chairs are not only beautiful and elegant but they are a great product all around: strong, easy to assemble, and are a nice solid weight without being cumbersome.  Can't say enough about them.  The materials are top-notch, and the fabric is beautiful!

Nice chairs

Purchase was fast and easy. Delivery was on time. I received two sets of chairs on one day and the other two chairs the next day. Assembly was straightforward and not too tricky. I did have a few screws that did not want to go in without a fight, but overall, assembly was easy. The only issue I have with these chairs is the levelers. They are made out of metal and will not stay at the set level spot. I have tile floors and can see potential scratches in the future.

Nice Chairs

Only reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because the ssembly instructions weren't the best. A quick YouTube search set me straight. Otherwise, not a bad purchase.

Assembly instructions could be better

Love the chairs but would love them more if they had come put together. You should allow your drivers to do this especially for elderly people

Put it together pleas

It took 6 months to get these chairs.  A long way from Viet Nam I suppose. The quality is okay. Cushioned seat is good. Putting them together was a task. Two holes lacked the threaded insert so I had to buy them from the hardware store.  These chairs are by no means top of the line but are just okay.  We are satisfied with them.

A long time to arrive but are satisfactory.

The wood frame is nice but the cushion is horrible and sunk in shortly after receiving them. We've barely had them for a year and I need to replace them as they are very uncomfortable to sit in.
