The price of the chair was very reasonable, it's a nice looking chair although it's a little too firm for me. I'm hoping over time it will soften up a little more.

I love the living room chair. I thought it was a up higher, but it's not. I still like it. It looks nice in my living room now I need a new couch to go along with it. The cushion is nice and firm. I like that.

Love it so far

I absolutely love my Tartonelle chair!!! The color is so beautiful to look at. Can't stop staring at it with its beautiful hammered nail accents. The pin tucked details are everything! The seating depth is good and cozy and forms to my back well. The legs were easy as pie to put on. This chair was the perfect addition to my living room.

They are beautiful chairs that go with my sofa.  I give them 4 stars only because they are hard.  When I saw it in person, they were comfortable sitting.  I will have to give them time to soften.

Beautiful chairs

Worried it would be too grey in tan room but it's fine. Very firm but softening with use. Needed a larger chair to offset recliner on other side of table.  This works although it looks small when my son sits in it. Only con for me is the seat depth.  Just not enough to curl up in. Hopefully that also changes as we use and back breaks in.

Beautiful!

I love the look and quality of the chair for the price.   The color is grayish/ivory and taupe, perfect for my color scheme.  I didn't give it 5 stars because it could be more comfortable (more cushion in the seat).  It works for me because this will not be a primary lounging chair.

Great Chair.  Looks beautiful in my bedroom.

I had previously bought this chair for a guest bedroom, I moved my living room around and decided to add it to that room, I ordered a second chair and I'm disappointed that the new chair fabric is more yellowish than ivory/taupe. I will be returning the item. Over all the chair is made well or I wouldn't have purchased a second one, the color just isn't right.

Made well just not the right color

Very disappointed in the purchase of the second Tartonelle chair I purchased to match the one I bought previously. I had hoped to set them together, but side-by-side there are obvious differences. The back set of legs are positioned wrong because the metal sleeve the leg screws into is not straight resulting in legs not sitting flat to floor. The tufting on the back rest, at the top of the chair, is shaped completely different than the other one, and where the piping meets the faux leather is actually an inch lower. Maybe not a problem for someone who buys one chair, but beware if you intend to use as a set… no two look alike.  Bad quality control.

No two are alike

The online photos give the faux leather a classy appearance. But in person, the faux leather looks like cheap ugly plastic. It makes the chair look tacky. Had I seen this in person, I wouldn't have bought this at all. Plus, the seat cushion has no cushioning. It's hard as a rock. I'm greatly disappointed in this product and surprised Ashley Furniture would make such a cheap piece.

Hard as a rock & faux leather looks cheap.

This chair has a design flaw due to the seat cushion not being upholstered separately from the lower frame. It's been in light use for a month now and the front part of the cushion is jetting out past the nailhead trim.  This is not attractive from the side profile and will likely get worse over time. 

The chair is very lightweight for its size which makes me question the quality of wood/materials used.  I own several accent chairs and this is the lightest one.

Needs to be redesigned

Horrible and cheap. We called to return them and it was a day too late. I didn't know the weekend counted. Bummer 

The chairs look nice. However they are short and super stiff. Like I cannot stress to you enough how firm the seat is. They feel absolutely awful to sit in. 

We have moved them up to our loft as they are not nice enough to leave downstairs in our family room.
