I bought this a few weeks ago and the item came pretty quickly for its size!! I was shocked by how long the delivery box was because my husband and I live in an apartment he helped me carry it up the stairs but once I started to assemble it (alone bc he is not handy) the pieces were relatively light but seem to be good quality! We measured our spot before ordering and I recommend that bc it is a big item!! Bigger than I thought but non-the-less fits perfectly.. package comes with everything needed to put together no added tools are necessary which is awesome and the instructions are self explanatory!! Took me about 30-45 min to put together alone and is sturdy!!

I bought two about a month ago for my office. I have a lot of books and wanted a stylish shelf system for theoffice. These shelves are stylish and sturdy. However, it says made of real wood, which the shelves are, but they are a hollow box I believe. Not solid wood shelves. Even though this is the case they are still strong and can hold all of my heavy books. The shelves look like the picture on the website. They wobble just a little bit because the base is the same size as the whole unit, but they include a wall mount kit. The instructions are easy and assembly is easy. I recommend these shelves. Included is a picture of the office in progress... please excuse the mess.

Excellent bookcase. I love the look and it is perfect for my home office space. I now have plenty of room to store books and photo albums. It is nice for any room if you like this casual style. I put this together quickly, alone and I'm senior woman.

This is such a beautiful bookshelf and, considering it's Ashley's brand, for a great price.  It is very easy and quick to assemble, and the wood shelves are surprisingly light.  The first one we received was clearly a return and had pieces missing.  Walmart very quickly sent us a new one, and arranged for the old one to be picked up.

I took off a star as there were no instructions included. However, it was a simple assembly (use common sense). Very sturdy and looks beautiful.

I truly love how this shelf turned out.  The holes on one side didnt line up but I will make due. I guess. The shelves are not solid wood but still love the look

The shelving unit has a high quality look to it. It works perfectly in our family room with our mango wood cocktail table and mid-century couches that have wooden legs. A few things to note about the shelving unit: the hollow wood shelves have an orange hue to them along with the driftwood grey; and, the metal columns have a lot of silver along with the black. We love it in our space and  it would look great in a space that has brick in it.

I was extremely disappointed!! The bookcase arrived in a completely open carton, both top and bottom. Well, it stands to reason that there would be a chance that something might be missing.  NO SCREWS!! Therefore I was unable to assemble the bookcase. Since I really liked the look of this bookcase, I am going to take a chance and order another.

The quality of this product has gone far downhill compared to three I already purchases. Its not the same color and the finish work is sloppy. Arrived in a tapped up box with a bad odor and moldy white reside over the faux wood. I am very disappointed with this purchase.
