[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this easy to use over and over again. I have had it for a few months now, have dried a bunch of flowers, I just find it takes an extra day or two to fully dry it out is needed then listed in the directions.

Flower drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleased with the results. I included a before and after photo of the Orchid I dried in the microwave. The instructions which are in the lid under the cardboard insert, suggested using a microwave temperature probe which I didn't have so I microwave the Orchid for 30 seconds at a time and check for dryness. I also forgot to include a cup of water in the microwave but the Orchid turned out good. I suggest you read the instructions before starting and cover your work area with paper or cardboard. I also used gloves so I wouldn't get the crystals on my skin.

I use them in foundry applications to mix with caustic soda and water to create "water glass" for refractory uses such as making "Fire Bricks" or "Green Sand" .

Good for Dried Floral

Was great to use. Could not find thus anywhere else..
Only problem was pickup. No one available to work back in pickup just be patient and it all works out.

was just what I wanted

I purchased this to use to dry moisture out of a vintage guitar. I made pouches from plastic sheeting (for the back), and used dryer sheets for the front, sewn together and then filled with silica gel and placed in the guitar within the case. Nice slow way to dry out excess moisture and bring the guitar back to normal (get rid of swelling on the top and the back). Then when done, I will just spread the crystals out on a sheet and bake in the oven to restore them back to new condition.
