I purchased two single ramps 4' to 7'. When they arrived one of the yellow lock releases was partially damaged but workable. However some time later it completely came off and I was unable to open the ramp. I sent off an email to customer service and they said they could take care of it. Within a week i received a UPS package not containing the yellow release that I expected but a complete replacement of the two ramps. Now, that is a warranty and that is a company. The ramps are tremendous. This, coming from a ninety year old who has to push a 160 pound lady up and down the ramps. Best buy I ever made.

Better than I expected!

Purchased for my mother-in-law (in-laws live with us). She is down under 90 pounds and has limited mobility. The 9" step into the garage was getting difficult for her. The 5' x 29" Ramp is a perfect fit for the narrow door and allows her to more easily get to the car or even be wheeled in and out using the wheel chair. My wife, whose knee is bothering her, likes it as well. The length was perfect for our deeper than normal garage with the lawn tractor parked on one side and the work bench on the other, it gives purpose to the space in-between.

I bought the ramp to use getting on my boat. My wife has physical problems making it hard to walk. The ramp is light enough to carry and put in the cabin. Others in the neighborhood are also getting one for the same reasons. The ordering and delivery was no problems.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS RAMP!!! I was using a ramp system that had two single ramps to put my Pride Maxima mobility scooter in our Chevy Venture van, That system sucked! Purchased for wheelchair access inside an attached garage. Wide enough for the chair, and narrow enough to allow the van to park without taking it down. Prompt delivery. Very sturdy at the 9 foot length. Braced with wood framing, but really didn't need to. Great deal for the price.
