I WOULD RECOMEND THESE PRODUCTS TO EVERYONE

The ramp I purchased had to have a 4"" risor due to my vehicle only having a class 1 1 1/4"" hitch that was too low to the ground. The scooter my wife rides loaded with ease with the ramp down. I consider the carrier to be a very good purchase. Very well built and easy to use.

I love the freedom that my new scooter carrier gives me. all I have to do is put my scooter on the back of my van and go. no longer do. I have to worry about taking it apart and lifting it off the ground and putting it in the van which was something that was hard for me to do and I always had to have someone with me. now I just put it up on the rack, lock it down and go. No more waiting for someone else to go with me so they can help me get the scooter in the van because I can't lift it on my own now I just drive it up the ramp and lock it down. it's so great! so easy to have it that way. I can't stop talking about being able to be self-sufficient now. I love it! My partner said that the Assembly of it wasn't hard. it was just having awkwardness of putting it on the vehicle because it was very heavy. but the only downside I see is I can no longer go through automatic car washes unless I take it off which I plan on. not ever doing that. so it's just taking it to a regular car wash and and having someone wash my car for me...lol 😔

Love this scooter carrier but gave it 4 out of 5 stars simply because I am unable to get the carrier level. It slants slightly to the right when looking at it towards the rear of the van. I have a rated class 3 hitch with a 2"" receiver. The tilting of the carrier is bothersome to me.

i notice that once the carrier was installed that when i hit bumps that the carrier was unstable. It would move a little from side to side. If your company would have suggested that the anti-tilt device was needed i would have gotten it. Personally i think it should have some with the carrier since we are talking about safety. It is nerve wrecking going down the road praying your carrier or chair does not fall off on the highway. Really disappointed in your company on safety issues.
