Always be sure that the soy sauce is fermented, otherwise it has no benefit. This one is well fermented and it has a really unique taste as well as a very good price. Not to be missed.

It's good soy sauce. Not the best I've had but a great value when on sale. It has a more robust authentic taste than Kikkoman or GV brands.

I almost purchased this based on the price but then I looked at the ingredients...caramel color, etc. This is not real soy sauce. It is chemically processed soy sauce. Experts recommend eating traditionally processed soy sauce and recommend avoiding these types.
