This fireplace is lovely. No damage, husband put together very easily with no complaints. This exact fireplace was out of stock on various sites. I signed up for in stock alerts everywhere. Walmart was the first to notify me and it shipped much faster than promised.  I have a large open concept living area and was afraid it would look too small for the space. It did not disappoint! Very pleased with price, size and quality.

Great fireplace

Very happy with this fireplace surround and electric fireplace.

Love this fireplace, it was just the finishing touch that I needed in my living room!  Also, needed it to help with heat, as I have a very high ceiling and the heat was going upstairs to the loft.  It helps with that as well!  The top is wide enough to put picture frames or decor items.  Very pleased and had compliments from people that come in.  I put it together in less than 2 hours by myself so not too bad.

Just buy it!

This fireplace looks just like the pictures! The fan makes a soft unobtrusive noise and it warmed my large living room. 
 I was able to out it together solo in about an hour with just the allan key, however you do need a drill if you want to fix the fireplace unit to the mantle (it rests very securely with out it). 
Insturctions were clear and it fit together easily, except for one screw right at the last step, however It was so well fitted i donât think it was really necessary. So happy with my choice.

Perfect fireplace

Love this product, beautiful and very realistic. However a few of the pieces came to me damaged.

Great buy, love this product

This fireplace is perfect for those who don't want to pay a fortune to install a gas one. This made our family room cozy especially for Christmas. Gel cans can add up quickly but you don't always have to burn three at once. Overall, I love it, I can move it wherever I want and take it with me when I move...would recommend to anyone.

Fabulous Fire

It is definitely smaller than I thought it would be. Still looks great and would probably be more so in a sitting room or bedroom. The fact that is portable makes this a convenient piece of furniture.

Florida Fireplace

This does not heat up to 1,000 sq ft like it says.  It won't even heat up my living room.  I'm very disappointed.

Not Worth the Money

Wasted my money! It doesn't put out any more heat than a candle. Plus it raised my electric bill 200.00 dollars. Would send it back but don't know how.
