Shade

It is NOT a full size Bankers Lamp, and that is CLEARLY stated. I bought it because it's smaller size is perfect for a compact work station. It is beautifully made, extremely sturdy, and I love almost everything about it. It uses a 40 candelabra bulb, (which can be substituted with a 60/12 watt LED) and is a nice  concentrated light source. I only wish it had a traditional pull chain on/off instead of the inline switch it has. Great looking lamp, great price.

Much nicer than I expected

We almost paid $53.99 through another website then saw the exact same product through Walmart for $19.99. We paid less than $5 shipping although the shipping was free at the other website. All in all, a much better value through Walmart and the lamp is the perfect smaller size needed for an antique rolltop desk. My husband is very happy with this product.

Banker's Lamp

Do not buy!  This lamp comes without a bulb and what's so funny is that they don't make a bulb that will fit it unless you want to use a a 4 watt Christmas tree lite bulb.   Nothing else will fit.  I finally had to remove the left side attachment nut so that a 40 watt A15 bulb would fit.  I should have just returned it to Wally World and taken my business else where.  Never again.  I'll pay more somewhere else.

Don't buy!

this item came to be with a chip in it and the glass part just flops. it should be able to be positioned and left in one place but it just flops...not helpful at all. i will be taking this back and selecting something else.

No bulb fits correctly. The screw that holds the shade on has to be off in order for a bulb to fit in the lamp. It is awful.

Save your money. Shop elsewhere

No good product

Despite the description of being a "traditional banker's lamp", this is far from what you might expect. It is a miniature version of a traditional banker's lamp, and it's description misrepresents it's true size and nature.

This lamp is tiny in comparison, and only uses a 40 watt or smaller bulb. The amount of light it emits is pitiful; you would have a difficult time working or reading by this light.

The one I received was also bent - right out of the box. Bent as in the frame was not level when resting on it's base, with one side higher than the other.

Considering how small and deceptive this is, the price ($19.97) is even too high. In perfect condition, I wouldn't pay more than $10 for this nightlight..

This is not a Traditional Banker's Lamp!

Not what I expected. It's a miniature and not the traditional 10 inch height. No much light uses night lite bulb.
