I'm really happy with this soap dispenser. It works perfectly and dispenses just the right amount every time. The sleek, modern design looks great on my counter and fits in perfectly with my space. Exactly what I was looking for! I am very happy with this purchase!

Exactly What I Needed

This product is a great alternative to pump dispensers that collect germs and guck from the hand washers. We ordered the carbon black dispensers for the bathroom and the kitchen. I appreciate that the dispenser has an inconspicuous on and off switch on its backside. I wish that the lid was made to stay atop the dispenser more securely, for when I move the dispenser, the lid comes right off if I touch it.

Recent acquisition of a fine product company review

The SimpleHuman automatic soap dispensers are high quality and very convenient to use. 
Anyone can benefit form them, but they are especially helpful for anyone with arthritis. 
We own several of them & use them in the kitchen & bathrooms for both soap & lotion

Great automatic soap (or lotion) dispenser

This dispenser works really, really well. I'm not generally a fan of touchless technology, but I love this Simplehuman product. I appreciate that you can dispense more or less soap based on how far away you hold your hand from the sensor. It's also very easy to refill. 

After testing out my first sensor pump, I purchased additional dispensers for myself and my mother, who (at 91) doesn't have enough hand strength and coordination to use a normal pump dispenser.

Love this touchless dispenser!

This is the 3rd one we've bought. It's amazing and I love it and now I can't use any other soap pump. The old fashioned one I got at a craft fair for our kitchen broke, and I knew what I had to get. They even work in the dark. Don't ask me how, and don't tell me. I want to believe it's magic.

Great as Always

So far so good! I love the bronze color, it matches perfectly with my kitchen faucet. Not to mention I love the fact that I don't have to touch the dispenser to get soap which means no more pumps, no water on my counter and no cross contamination while I cook! More than likely I will purchase 3 more, one for every bathroom!

I Love It!

Apparently you can't buy the larger kitchen version unless you get it as a set with the sponge holder. When the batteries died in my older larger model, I ordered this one, not realizing it was smaller and doesn't hold as much. I'll keep it. But you really should sell both sizes separately. Not everyone wants a sponge tray.

I had the larger model, but got stuck with the older smaller one.

I purchased this pump after my original one of many years stopped working. I was totally surprised to see that this pump is smaller in height and diameter than my original one and the pumping action/amount of soap dispensed is less than my original. I love Simple Human products and own several. This is the first time I have been disappointed.

Disappointed

I bought this dispenser because I had one and I was super happy with it. I believe this one has a manufacture problem. The soup comes out randomly and without getting my hand close to it. When I leave it for an hour, there is liquid soup all around it. I am going to return it.
