Has a modern style that looks great on countertops.

Simple and convenient to use without hassle.

Designed to fit any kitchen with its attractive appearance.

Can be long-lasting, but also prone to short lifespan.

Love this brand it's always work precise.
I just received this new one will try to use it. Hopefully it's the same as I had previous one for long .

Great style and practical work .

Simple Human Liquid Sensor Pump in Brass matches our Delta Champagne Bronze faucets.
We initially purchased one in Matte Gold but it did not match, so the return to Simple Human was easy. After that return I purchased the Bronze color and it does match our Champagne Bronze. I like this model that comes with a cord to recharge it instead of batteries. We have these Sensor pumps in all our bathrooms and our kitchen.

Matches my Delta Champagne Bronze Faucets

simplehuman.com

This is the replacement I receive and it works perfect. Just like the first time, the original purchase. I hope this one will not start spraying the soap everywhere all the time. No idea why. It was charged.

But I have to say that the company sent me replacement and I am vera thankkful for that. The new one works perfect as it should. I have to test the 2 nd one. I bought 2 originally. Thank you for supporting your product and your customers/

it works in the beginning

The pump is stylish and functional. The sensors are quite sharp and ‘sense' and dispense soap easily without having to wave your hands at it. Pump dispensers either as much or as little depending on the distance from the spout. I also like that it does not need batteries! The included cable charges quickly and the charge lasts for several weeks under high usage.

Stylish pump with precise sensors

I have had the previous version for a few years. When i moved to a place with 3 bathrooms, i wanted dispensers in all three. I will get one for the kitchen also. These are reliable and i really like the touchless dispensing. They feel like a quality product. I was happy to see these are now rechargeable as the model i had was battery powered. My only criticism is that the previous model had a more attractive design.

Repeat purchase

The look of the pump is asthetically stunning. However the performance is not functioning well. It either releases too little or too much liquid soap. Yes I'm very aware that the amount of soap released depends upon where the palm of my hand located. It did automatically. In the older model, I was able to control the amount of soap released by pressing it plus or minus button.

Liquid sensor pump

I really love this product, and I bought it as a replacement for one I previously owned. Unfortunately, the original broke just after the two‑year warranty expired. I reached out to Simplehuman, but they wouldn't offer a replacement, and because it was part of a two‑piece system, I had no choice but to purchase this item again. The product itself works great, but I'm hoping this one lasts longer than two years.

REPLACEMENT

I have purchased 6 of these sensor pumps over the past years. They last just over the two years warranty. Just this week I had another one go bad. I've had it a year, it was a gift, but since the serial number indicated it was over two years old, I'm out of luck. Not a happy consumer👎👎

Doesn't last

My rating is a reflection of my overall experience with our three pumps. This is the second pump that had to be replaced. But, it's size is smaller than the one it now sits alongside. Also, our three pumps have three different charging mechanisms. So in summary, we have three pumps two sizes and three different charging mechanisms. This is not the quality and consistency I had expected from SimpleHuman.

Overall Unsure

I had the opportunity to try these at my brother's place and really liked them. I need to replace the old ones I had from a different company and ordered two of these.
I like that you have two accounts that can be used- one small amount that I use the most for hand washing. And a lawyer about I use for cleaning dishes. This feature I had not seen before and really like it. I also like that it can be charged by USB, batteries are not needed. I had to change out rechargeable batteries on the old ones and of course when I needed it!

Thank you for a great product

Love the new auto soap dispensers
