Easy to use and the best soft nugget ice.

I've only had it for 6 months and have used it for maybe half that time. It's already not working properly. It makes  super loud noise and has to be unplugged. For the first two months it worked great and I love the ice it makes. But highly unsatisfied with this.

Don't recommend

I was expecting it to last longer than two months even if it was that long.  Due to circumstances, I was unable to hook it up right away.  When I did it didn't last that long.  I was very disappointed in the product.

Ice was good.

It broke within a week. Wasted money on this. Was very disappointed
