We have been constantly running this maker nonstop since we got it and the ice is soft nuggets and is perfect with any cold drinks and it is still going strong!

I have enjoyed this item so far and had it for a couple months. The noise level is awful. It randomly will make noise throughout the night when the ice melts to make more but the motor is loud. It also runs out of water quickly compared to others I have had. But the basket is small so I usually put some ice in a ziplock and put it in my freezer for extra.  It does make the ice at a decent rate just not a lot since it’s a smaller bin. Overall it’s a good ice maker.

Somewhat loud

quick and easy to use and set up was a breeze.  it is a bit noisy . the biggest frustrating part of this is that the ice gets caught at the top and has to  manually removed for the machine  to continue to make ice. For home use i would recommend.. we are only two people.. if more i probably skip this one.

ice obstruction

This description said it was quiet but it was so incredibly loud! I jumped whenever it started! 
It was easy to set up and quick to make ice. The ice melts and goes back to the reservoir which is helpful and the nugget ice is a perfect size. I love everything about it except the noise. I had to return it because of the loudness.

Second one ordered and they both worked great for few months.   This one is less than 2 months  and the fan:compressor started making screeching noise.   I have done EXACTLY what was in manual I drain and clean it every week.  It makes ice great but the noise….very annoying.  Would not recommend!!!

Noise is Annoying

At first when I got the ice maker , it worked okay, but now it completely shut down!! No more making ice. The machine is worthless. I need a new one! Does it come with the one year warranty? Only 4 months since purchase and the machine is out completely? I need your help! Thanks in advance! Vanina Perkins.

Ice maker is great at first!  Then after about 10 months of use, it's EXTREMELY loud %26 sounds like it's going to blow up.  Kids get scared, dark starts barking, sounds like a UFO trying to break in.  Unplugged from here on out!

Loud- scary

This ice maker was returned after it started making extremely loud noise. It was like an alarm sound. It was loud and annoying and I returned this ice maker.
