This has been a good ice maker. 
We love nugget ice in our house. We use a lot of ice in our house as we have three children in sports who are active will always filling water bottles. I feel like this icemaker is quick when it makes ice. It doesn’t take long and it lasts! 
Beyond being a little loud so far, it has been easy to clean and been working appropriately

once you wait the 24 hours letting it sit its so easy to use . you just pour 2 bottles of water inside to fill line then you push button once and within about 7 min nugget ice starts coming out . it keeps drinks cold especially on these hot days . i love it..

i don't like how you have to continue to scoup the ice Down  from the opening where the ice comes out or it wool just stop making ice thinking it is full.  i just bag it all the time!

It has lasted longer than the "2 brand name" units we had used before it.When it starts squalling, we run 2 cleaning cycles with straight vinegar, then rinse it twice via cleaning cycles with water only, and it runs for another week or 2 before starting to squall again.  The other units went through this process for a year or so and then quit completely.  It should be noted here that our water here is not exactly soft.

Product came damaged but I did not want to wait another week for another one so I kept it, it was just a small dent and it works. That’s the only reason I gave a 3 star, otherwise I love the machine. I did get a warranty so if something goes wrong with it at least I’m covered hopefully. I’ve only had it few days so maybe I’ll come back and update my review in a month.

The product is nice but,after taking it out of the box I realized that it was not a brand new one because there was no secure tape on the product at all. There was no ice scooper like it said that it would come with there was no manual in the box like it said it would come with so we figured it must’ve been a return or something, but for the price I got it for it made ice so I’m okay with it plus, I’m not planning on using it every day i’ll be using it mainly to help when I need more ice.

I really wanted to love this ice maker because when it works, the nugget ice is great. Unfortunately, after a short period of use it started having serious mechanical issues. It will make a few pieces of ice (maybe 5), then starts making a loud squeaking/grinding noise and completely stops producing ice. The top part still spins, but it seems like the ice isn’t being pushed or cut properly.

I’ve cleaned it multiple times exactly as instructed, including running clean cycles, using soap and water, and even hot water, which temporarily fixed it in the past. Now cleaning no longer helps at all. The squeaking is constant and the machine shuts itself down from making ice, which makes it basically unusable.

For the price, I expected better durability. I would not recommend this unless the company improves the internal components or offers a reliable replacement.

Loved the ice and but the ice maker does not fill up with ice all the way to top of bucket and you have to keep letting ice down not every 40 minutes more like every 5 minutes or less! Loves it but I think it’s a glitch or does this happen with all with this ice maker maybe that’s  why  it’s on sale but it’s a pain to keep having to clear path for it to make ice and never fills up ice bucket . I’m sad cause I love the ice chip !

Ice maker stops naking ice and makes a loud unbearable whining noise . the noise will stop for a while still no ice. you have to unplug it for a while and it would only make ice for a short period of time before the cyle repeats.  I dont recommend!

Every few minutes you have to keep checking it so as the ice won’t get stuck. However it froze over and completely broke the wheel mechanism that turns and dispense the ice. And it’s only 4 months old. Ugh!
