To me it is loud, the light is not very bright it needs to be brighter, I don't like the way the lower looper threads, but that is my opinion.

The delivery was prompt and the machine appears to be in good working order, although I haven't yet had much chance to use it. My only problem is that your warranty registration site will not accept my serger's model number and I can't find a phone number or your site to call in for help.

This serger is loud and prone to jamming unless you are careful. I figured out after several times that I had not lowered the foot before starting up. Once that error on my part was corrected it is serging like a champ. I’ve made a dress and five aprons using it with no complaints. Threading is easy if you watch you tube videos on how to thread it. I’m glad I decided to make the purchase and plan to make good use of it.

does the job, but dont try to put the petal to the metal because upper treads become tangled and sewn in. also pretty loud, im assuming thats part of having the bigger blade.
