These gel cushions are awesome.  You really can put small tube of lotion on the cushion and sit on it and not feel it.  I would give this a 10.

Awesome pressure relief gel cushion.

Good product. It does help when I'm sitting down it makes the surfaces softer so I can sit longer. I don't know about any back support but it's definitely soft and comfortable. Good price too.

Nice and soft good product.

Just got it and haven't had any issues yet.  Plan on a road trip to see if it helps in the car.  I read to not let the product get too hot or it might melt the plastic if left in hot car or motorcycle seat.  I can't recommend yet since I haven't had it long enough.

Just received a couple of days ago.

Recommended by RN and works very well for sore butt from compression fracture. Eases pressure points when sitting. It's a bit more solid than anticipated.

Easing Pain Points

The images shown on website and on the box are not of the actual product.  The actual product is hollow all the way through, not solid on top as in the photos.  Therefore, it is not as comfortable as the original product it is trying to imitate.  Also, the photos on box show it as thicker than it is.  It gets very thin in the center of the front as well.

Not The Product In The Photos!

I purchased this product for driving in my car, that causes back pain.
This product was described to be effective for that purpose.
However, this gel cushion didn't help at all.

It is less than useless. The thing is so thin I used it twice and got rid of it.
