This is the best lotion I have found that can moisturize with long lasting effect. The only thing better than this Aveeno lotion is Aveeno hand/foot cream or Neutrogena Norwegian Formula hand cream. Petroleum based products (Vaseline) are less helpful than those containing glycerin.
The bottle design needs upgrading to a smaller base as it becomes difficult to reach the content as it becomes low

DRY SKIN

It absorbs fast, calms itching, and really heps heal rough, dry patches.  No scent and   no irritation, which makes it great for sensitive skin and daily use.

I really like this lotion. It keeps my moisturized all day, absorbs quickly, and doesn't feel greasy. It's especially helpful for dry and sensitive skin. I would definitely buy it again. Good value for the price. The bottle is easy to use and last a long time. The scent is a little medicinal, but the lotion keeps my skin moisturized and soft.

Great value and hydration, with a slightly medicinal scent.

I love the way this feels on my skin. It come out of the bottle very nicely, the scent is soothing and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this for dry skin

Texture and scent

Unlike other lotions, gentle enough on my skin to not make it irritated and moisturizing enough to keep my skin hydrated! Love natural ingredients and the fact it's not drying or the scent isn't overwhelming!

Gentle on sensitive skin

I was hesitating to try this b/c some of the reviews stated that there actually is a scent to it, but this truly is fragrance free. At least the one I received. I use it on my mom and it has a nice feel, not sticky or greasy. She is elderly and has very dry, itchy skin, especially in the colder fall/winter months. It doesn't seem to completely help w/ the itchiness, but it is a lot better than others I've tried. She could probably use something even stronger, though. I wish the moisturization lasted longer too, b/c I do have to reapply daily. But, all in all, it's a pretty good moisturizer. I would probably still get it again.

Fragrance free

I like this lotion. I have dry skin that itches and when I use this lotion it helps the first day I put it on, but the next day I itch again. it may just be me. it soaks into the skin nicely and I really like it. it has a slight smell that's nice. feels good on.

good lotion

It does what it needs to do but it is SO thick to the point I cannot sleep well with it on because it sticks to the sheets and makes sleep feel uncomfortable/hot for me. I shower before bed and now I feel like I can't put this lotion on until I wake up in the morning just to sleep comfortably. I would describe it as more rich, thick texture (number 4) than what this website describes “rich, creamy texture” (number 3 right under it). It's a good moisturizer for dry skin but I wouldn't recommend wearing it before bed. Even HOURS after you shower you still stick to the sheets!

I don't understand why aveeno changed the nature of this product, even if the price is increased, it's fine but the special feature of aveeno is that it is not sticky like oil but keeps the skin moist for a long time, but now it looks like it has mixed oil in it.As a customer who has been using this for years I am posting my dissatisfaction here for very first time if aveeno gone retain tis for long sure will start searching for my alternate product

Oil effect on product I don't like

I bought this product and it worked and spread nice and was thick but not oily. It was amazing. If I bought lotion, it'd be aveeno. However, I bought the same product and it said that there's a new formula. It is like putting lotion on in the shower. The spread isn't as good, it's very thin. I feel like I'm optioning up with water.

Old formula was better
