This product has a very unpleasant smell that the other products I bought don't have. The smell is the same on my skin as it is in the bottle.

I am not pleased by the scent which is why I gave a four stars. But this brand has always been a trusted one for me and my family. I did not use it long enough to know if it helps fade marks or not because I prefer the cocoa butter one which was out of stock so I bought this one

Very disappointed. You ruined the product by putting the Licorice scent in. Won't use it now. Will throw it away!!!

I really wish there was a negative star. I bought 10 of these two weeks ago, I was happy to receive my shipment and I tried the lotion and I love the texture. It was a terrible smell. Then I said to myself maybe I need to wash my hands. The next fay, I tried it on the entire body and I stank afterwards. Sunday morning, I told my son to put some on his hands. After church, he said "mom my hands was stinking today, I had to wash it twice". I asked why he said he thinks it's the lotion. I boxed up all 10 bottles including the opened one and I am having it shipped back to Palmers. I seem to be having issue with the changed ingredients in the skin success products.

Terrible smell

I buy this product it's really good, helps with my hyperpigmentation but its hard to come buy and only comes in a small size which is not very convenient. Please don't discontinue it.

Used this for years but last year the product was clearly changed and the New smell is Terrible can't get past it is way to strong and smells like chemicals , please change it back to the original formula
