Smooths out fine lines and depletes the deep ones

Well, I had a bad experience as far as the bothle. When I opened the box and took out the product and push down on the pump to get the cream, the bottom of the bottle fell open including the two pump containers inside. I was shocked. I had to put it together and tried it again and it did the same thing. I now have to hold the bottom tightly when I use it. Something is wrong with the bottle. I still have it.

Arrived on time. Appears to be somewhat thinner and not as creamy as what I'm accustomed to from Skinmedica for the past 15 years, but I'll wait to see how my skin reacts.

Why are you selling tampered product as new, sealed?  The cellophane has been cut on the bottom and the QR code on the box has been removed.  The QR code on the side has been scratched so it cannot be used.  Why does anyone selling authentic product need to tamper with the packaging to remove/damage  a QR code?  This is very strange.  Are you really selling authentic SkinMedica TNS Advanced  Serum or are you selling imitation product?

Damaged product

I was excited to see this product at such a low price.  I also thought the purchase was through Walmart but appears to be from a secondary seller.  It arrived out of its packaging wrapped in bubble wrap.  I have no idea if it has been used, damaged or expired and am now concerned if I should even use it.  I should have paid the extra 70..00 and gotten it from my normal vendor.

This product from Jassming llc is a fake. Packaging looks good… very good, but smells strongly of perfume. Who knows what is in it… my skin got really red after application. My mistake, gullible. Price definitely too good to be true. Product itself is great. Buy from Dermstore or skinmedica.

I did not like this product because seems as its has been tampered with.  It leaks a light blue liquid and smells very bad.  I've used it before and paid full price so I know what this product should look and smell like.
