It appears to be very cheaply made. The rocker switch is loose and barely back and forth.  I saw other reviews with similar experiences.  I would not have bought it, if I could have found something else.

I ordered a millivolt on off switch for a fireplace. The switch delivered appears to be a standard light switch; marked for AC use only. the contacts on this switch will corrode. This switch is much cheaper and available anywhere, great for electric but not for fireplaces
