Bought for a new day bed in wife's office.  Absolutely perfect.  Will probably add 4 o r5 inches more height to the mattress with a box spring we'll purchase next week.  Highly recommended..

Nice and comfy!

I received the mattresses almost a week earlier than expected which was great. They were double wrapped inside a sturdy cardboard box that was easy for me to move (twin size, approx 4' tall box). They subtle foam smell dissipated a few hours after opening. They are very comfortable, my 6 year olds love them.

I actually received the Sleep Innovations Sage mattress as a replacement for a Serta's Aurora (no longer manufactured) mattress manufacturered by Sleep Innovations. 
They claimed it was a mattress of similar value. I disagree!  
While I believe both mattress are a good value compared any thing else on the market for memory foam, and the warranty is out standing especially for the dollars you spend.
The Sage is a medium in firmness, the Aurora was much firmer mattress and the closest to the Aurora in firmness is the Serta Opel 10" sold by Menard's.
I have not had the chance to test out any other 10" memory foam mattress's.

Be sure to check the warranty time period it states on line vs what the box says.
 I believe they are shortening how long they warranty it for, 20yr vs 10yr. That may be the biggest influencer of price point.
One thing about the memory foams, gel infused or not, they do tend to get hot in the middle of the night.
I recommend you buy a 100% cotton mattress pad to help with that problem.

If your not sure which mattress to go with, call sleep innovations, the numbers on the box or there web site. 
They are very helpful.

I strongly suggest you get a thicker mattress if your pushing 250, you will feel the box spring/ platform a little on a 8"mattress no matter how firm it is.

Over all the memory foam mattress made by sleep innovations are so much better to sleep on than a traditional coil mattress.

Medium firmness mattress, great warranty!

The good: its surprisingly comfy, and very cheap. The bad: the SMELL! I tend to think reviewers who comment on this are overreacting, but this mattress has been unwrapped for 5 days now and every time you walk in the room you get hit in the face with wet paint/rubber smell. Makes me worry a bit about the chemicals the kid is inhaling. Also, Walmart categorizes this as 'medium,' but it is very very soft. For a very small kid, sure they don't sink in, but for an adult,  you have to want to be  sleeping in half-melted marshmallows to like this.
