If you’re familiar with waxing, this product works easily. The biggest challenge was the wax cooling too quickly which resulted in my needing to re-microwave a total of 3 separate times while doing the bottom half of my legs. Application was easy, and because it’s a hard wax, after cooling it pops or crumbles instead of remaining a sticky mess like traditional wax. Removal of wax from legs was also very easy and did a good job (hair was 1/2”  long). The 4oz of product was not enough to complete two half-legs, so I recommend getting additional wax beads along with this purchase.

I suffer from hirsitusm caused by PCOS/PMOS and this wax helped me to get rid of my "beard" and left my skin so soft afterwards. the only down side is you have to wax several times in a row to get all the hairs. I would still recommend it's better than plucking every individual hair.

The idea of waxing my brows myself was pretty intimidating. This was actually significantly easier than I anticipated! I followed the instructions and learned a bit along the way! I recommend using a coffee stir stick if you're doing your brows, and testing your application on your hand first to get an idea of the way it will smear across your skin. You want some pressure and tension when you apply, and not a huge glob, that's where it gets messy. The smell isn't bad honestly, and with the silicone tools provided it makes cleaning up super easy!  I'll definitely be trying again in the future!

I really like this product it works well. It's easy to use. The only thing is you need to be a little patient with the melting of the wax other than that the cup does get a little hot so be careful handling it because you might burn yourself if you don't take it out of the microwave carefully.

The product melts easily. I have not used on armpits yet, but I have definitely used it on unwanted facial hair at least FOUR times. Each time was successful. The microwave heating method worked out great.  Also, the INCLUDED SILICONE MUG gets MUCH WARMER than I expected. I typically wear an old t-shirt during my waxing sessions and use the bathroom mirror and sink area. REMOVAL: The wax was EASY TO REMOVEFROM THE SKIN. It was also easy to to remove drops from my sink. Only a thin layer of of wax needs to be applied to the desired area. It cools easily. A person can easily and quickly wax an area before going to an event with no worries about irritating your skin. BUT do exercise CAUTION because of heat and the fragrance in the wax beads could cause sensitivity for some people. I definitely will be buying refills.

I like the idea of how it works. My issue is the wax not adherence was lacking. When using the wax on my face it didn't grip the hair very well and it appeared to have caused me to sweat under the areas I was trying to use it for. I made sure I washed my face prior so it was as hygienic as possible while removing any oil that may prohibit the wax function.

it took forever to warm up beads as directed. I have a large size microwave, and the heating was as directed.  Stop, stir, repeat. By the time I got them to correct consistency, they did not seem to have to gooeyness to spread nice and smooth. It was a striny mess.

This was terrible. It was really difficult to heat to the right temperature and I had to go over the same area multiple times. I'm not new to waxing, so I don't think it was a user error but rather cheap product.

Terrible quality

I tried this three times, differing my method each time, but consistently got the same terrible results: Beads did not melt, I kept having to microwave more in small increments. Once they were finally partially melted (or almost completely melted during one attempt), it was impossible to stir. Spreading the wax was also ridiculously impossible - it cooled way too fast and was difficult to spread out on lower leg. It does not spread evenly or easily and inevitably ends up as a clumpy half strip of wax. All of this could have been somewhat redeemed if it actually removed any hair..... it did not. And again, I tried it THREE times with new beads each time. Thankfully it wasn't so expensive that I hated myself for even trying it, but truly, don't waste your time or money.

Terrible product

The wax quality is poor. It dries too quickly and becomes unusable after just one application. I had to wait several minutes for it to melt, and even after reaching temperature, it hardened almost immediately during use. This made it difficult to apply and ineffective for hair removal. The product does not perform as expected.
