This inflator works exactly as described.  The inflation hose connects positively to the tire stem with no chance of a leak and has a pressure gauge.  It comes with adapters for other items such as air mattresses or soccer balls.  I keep it in my car where I can top up my tires with convenience.  It's only lack is that it has to be powered from the cigar lighter in your car; not from any other power source.

I bought this tire inflator about 5 months ago and I'am very disappointed.
It doesn't work anymore. Less than 5 months!?
There is also a well-known problem to release the pump wire from the tires.
The dial-type tire-pressure gauge is not usable.

Save your money. Do NOT buy it!

Junk. This worked ok for less than a year. Using it not even once a week, now it makes noise but nothing happens. No air pressure. Junk

This unit draws a lot of current, but features a 12v accessory plug with a rounded tip on the positive connector that doesn't make a firm connection inside the power socket. Having all that electricity going through such a small area of metal causes it to heat up, just like when you run an electric heater with the plug hanging out of the wall outlet.  Last week, when I had to use it to reinflate a low tire on the road, the tip made a deep burn in my finger when I unplugged it. As of this writing, the burn still hasn't healed. If they had any common sense, they'd have used a flat-tipped 12v plug to give a better connection.
