[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cooking grade logs are super versatile.  They are the perfect size for use in your smoker or pizza oven.  A box comes with multiple pieces of varying size, and are chemical free and food grade (in other words, no nasty bits, everything looks clean.)   My backyard grill setup is still under construction, so I ended up using them to smoke whisky (yay supply chain).  These logs light up very fast, burns cleanly enough to use indoors, but still gives off a tiny bit of smoke for you to use for cocktails.

For smoked whisky, just light up your log, let it smoke lightly, then invert a cup on it.  Cover the bottom of the cup, invert, remove your cover, and pour in your cocktail of choice.  Works for any other smoked cocktail too and is great dinner party entertainment!

These logs smell amazing and burn wonderfully. I've never used a product from Smoak before, but now I'm hooked. I'm stockpiling for my summer campsite and all the products I've gotten since have been top notch. Great company with amazing products.

Perfect Size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and I used this to make s'more‘s just recently in the middle of March. We live in the PNW so an opportunity to get outside and get a barbecue or fire going is somewhat limited. I tried to get it started on Friday but it started raining before I could get a fire started I left the wood outside but out of the rain and was STILL able to light it up just fine on Sunday when we had a break in the rain. Overall it was easy to get started with just cardboard despite the wind. As you can see from the pictures we got a small fire going and had a few s'more‘s and overall it turned out pretty good! Looking forward to trying this out on some meat once we get a break in the rain. The wood was cut right for our fire pit and easy to place. We tried this throughout the weekend and the fire stayed on for a long time despite the weather. I would say this product is very good for anyone in interested in a backyard barbecue even if they are not the best at building fires like me.

The smell of the wood was really rich and I loved how all the pieces have an even and thick scent of fresh smoked wood.   I am going to use these in a smoker and really like how nice and even these logs are.

It works great, and lights up fairly easily. Smells good too! Can't say if it enhances food flavor or anything since we just tried them with hot dogs and put BBQ sauce on it. But I love it to use in my fireplace so my kids can make hotdogs, sausages and such so far!
